Thrive Life Skills & Community Development Programs

Many young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) need more hands-on support than traditional programs offer. Thrive’s Life Skills programs are designed to build the essential tools for independent or semi-independent living.

Delivered primarily in community settings and supported by DDA Medicaid Waiver funding, our programs focus on:

Time management

Social and communication skills

Career and volunteer exploration

Situational awareness

Money management

We meet each individual where they are, helping them grow with confidence and

purpose.
